 At Havenly, we are committed to offering you the best possible prices on furniture and decor. Not only do we update our shop daily to reflect active offers and promotions from our vendor partners — we honor price verification if you find a lower price on the same product from one of our Vendor Partners’ Sites.

  

What is price verification? We know prices can change all the time for some of our vendor partners. We set up this price verification policy so you can be confident that you’re paying the same pricing through Havenly that you’d pay if you were ordering with one of our vendor partners directly - allowing you to shop your design with confidence.  If you find that CB2 product you love has a lower price on CB2.com, submit a price verification request and our team will review it after checkout. 

  

What is a vendor partner? A vendor partner is a brand/vendor (think CB2, Anthropologie, Article) that sells their products through our platform. We will only match the price of the same item from the same vendor partner.

Product Qualifications:  

For products from qualifying vendors (listed above) that are also sold by the same vendor online as the product you found on Havenly, we will honor the price you see on the vendor's website. The item(s) must be identical to the Havenly product (seller, brand, name color, etc) and in stock to qualify. We will only honor price verification for the same seller - i.e. that CB2 product you love, we will only honor a price verification on that item through CB2’s site.

How it works:  Price verification can be submitted via the Price Verification link in your shopping cart. Enter the price and URL of the product page from the Vendor’s site. Click Submit Price Verification to see if your price verification initially qualifies with our vendor/seller inclusion list. An error message will display if the product URL is not from one of our Vendor Partners' Sites.

Once your Verification is submitted, you will see the adjusted price in the Estimated Savings section of your cart. Do note that all of our Price Verification requests are reviewed by our ordering team for accuracy before honoring or charging your final total. Submitting a price verification request is not a guarantee you will pay the submitted price. 

  

Once we receive your order with the price verification request included, our Ordering Team will get to work! You'll typically receive your order confirmation with details of whether your price verification was confirmed within 24 hours.

What limitations or exceptions should I know about?

We do not offer price verification guarantees from any vendors not listed above or third-party marketplace sellers. The price for an item must be listed online and valid at the time of the price verification to qualify. All verifications are applied pre-shipping and tax. You will remain responsible for any applicable shipping and tax costs, which are calculated at checkout and confirmed when the order is officially placed with the seller. Exclusions include mail-in rebates, sales tax promotions, credit card offers, seller gift card offers, or prices achieved through seller financing programs. 

  

Will you honor my request if I find a lower price after purchase?

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased goes on sale within 48 hours of your original purchase. Exclusions apply, including final sale items and limited-time promotions.
