Choosing in-store or warehouse pickup is a convenient option for those who want to save on shipping or get their items faster. Select Havenly sellers offer in-store or warehouse pick up. If you have found an item on your shopping list that qualifies for this, do let us know. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to request in-store pickup when placing your order:

1.  **Add an Order Note:**
    
    *   While in your cart, locate the "Shipping" section.
    *   Click the **"More options"** link to expand additional settings.
    *   Select the **"Add Order Notes"** box, and a text box will appear.  
          
        
2.  **Provide Details:**
    
    1.  Indicate which item that you’d like to pick up in-store.
    2.  Specify the store location where you’d like to pick up your order.

  
Once your order is submitted, our team will process your in-store pickup request and ensure it’s handled as part of your order.

Please note that most Havenly sellers are _not_ able to switch shipping methods to in-store pick-up after the order has been placed, so it's important to request this option at checkout! If you would like to try to update your shipping method to pick-up, we're happy to inquire with the seller, though. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team, and we'll take a look!
